We will Refund your order as long as they meet the following conditions;
– Notify us of the return ASAP and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
– The items are returned in original saleable condition in original packaging with labels in-tact.
– We do not provide a “FREE RETURN” service meaning all charges in regards to returning the goods will be by the customers, unless faulty, then we will bear the cost of the return (as per
statutory rights). In such unlikely circumstances that you receive a faulty product you will need to contact us before proceeding with the return.
– Please allow up to 14 days for all refunds to be processed.
In case of a return where by returning goods, you order total after deducting the value of the returned goods is less than £100.00 your free delivery offer shall be negated and £5.99 will be deducted from your refund unless any free delivery promotion is running.
If you would like to exchange you will need to return your items to us within the 14 days. Prior to sending out your exchange items a delivery charge of £5.99 will be applicable.
Credit Notes last up to 6 months, you can use your credit note on a future order by WhatsApp message or calling 07448217846 with your order number and the value of the credit note shall be deducted from your new order.
Cancelling PRE ORDER items – If you have placed an order for a pre order item and wish to cancel you will incur a 10% handling charge which will be deducted from your refund.
HOW TO RETURN
You can return your service with any courier or postal service e.g. Post Office, DPD, Hermes etc. Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance is provided as we aren’t liable for any loss
or damaged items during transit.
Please ensure you provide your invoice.
